The Tim Turner Band

Nashville's Blues Rock Power Trio.

The Tim Turner Band is bringing back the days of the power trio performing their brand of infectious melodic blues rock. The grooves flow continuously from their repertoire of funky blues, classic rock and blues rock.

The Band

Tim Turner

Guitar and Vocals

In the past two years, the Trio has opened for Blues Traveler and Mark Broussard in various festivals and found time to record a CD of original material.

Originally from Louisiana, Tim moved to Nashville to pursue his passion of performing soulful music for appreciative audiences all over the Middle Tennessee area.

Tim is one of those rare guitar players that has an endless supply of six string melodies. The ability to go from soul to blues to rock & roll have earned him several accolades in the local music community. Tim also sings and writes all of his original material.

Dolph Larson

Bass Guitar and Keys

The Mailman always delivers! Originally from Texas, Dolph moved to Nashville in 2010. Dolph met Tim while playing bass guitar for "The Refuge" church in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Dolph's love for music began in high school when he learned to read sheet music and play the trumpet. He took private lessons to learn piano, but there is just something about the bass! When in highschool, Dolph switched from playing a trumpet in band to playing the string bass in orchestra. Later, he played the electric bass for the high school jazz band. After high school, he played several years for a local band that played very progressive style of rock n roll.

Since the early 1980's, Dolph has always had a passion for music, especially playing the bass guitar. Especially if there is a chance for some HTD (Hosing Them Down!)
